What is Herbal Body Wrap

Has Herbal Body Wrap been clinically tested and safe?
Yes. These specially formulated ingredients have been clinically validated.
In Japan, research was conducted at Chukyo University by Kagemoto Yuasa, M.D.

The Herbal Body Wrap was first originally formulated in Baden Baden, Germany. The original purpose was intended to cleanse the body of toxins.

How does the Herbal Body Wrap work?
The Body Wrap works by shrinking the size of your fat cells by detoxifying them.
Herbal extracts, minerals and amino nutrients are applied warm to open pores and draw out toxic accumulations from the skin and soft tissue layers. This aids the body to further breakdown fat. Pressure wraps compact the detoxified fatty tissues that are left, reducing all over measurements in the areas that need it most.
The herbs, and sea vegetation, and minerals provide nutrients which penetrate our cell walls and cause the lipids (fatty material) inside our cells to be released into the lymphatic system. The fat is then circulated naturally and carried out through the normal elimination process of the body.

What are the different ways to use Herbal Body Wraps?
There are 3 popular ways to use Herbal Body Wrap.
1) Soak yourself thin in a relaxng bath for 30-minutes each day using a full bottle (1 pound) of the herbs in Herbal Body Wrap. This is a 10-day program (10 bottles). Though detox and inch loss takes longer this way (due to a more deluted concentration of herbs penetrating your skin), it’s simple to do requiring no special skill. How long does the inch loss last?
As long as you maintain your weight (or lose some), the lost inches will not return for at least thirty days.
With the re-toxification of the tissue these inches may gradually return over the next six to eight months, depending wholly on your diet. So avoiding toxin-laden foods will substantially retard the re-toxifying process.

Is this a safer alternative to obesity surgery or lipo suction?

Aren’t Herbal Body Wraps just like all the other wraps on the market?
No. This is NOT a compression wrap or temporary water loss.
Many existing wraps claim they’re for weight loss. But BE CAREFUL. Several wraps are designed to make you sweat off pounds of water only to return with each glass of water you drink afterward.
Virtually all other wraps are based on “compression”. You’re wrapped extremely tight with elastic (Ace) bandages and for long periods of time. These are both temporary and generally, not comfortable to do, nor are they very good for your body.
Any body wrap which does not focus on detoxifying the body is not a permanent solution. Again, our body wrapping kits focus on cleansing (detoxing) your body resulting in many “side” benefits such as inch loss, cellulite reduction, and softer and smoother skin.

Do Body Wraps involve exercise?
Our Body Wrap Kits will reduce inches with or without exercise.
However, you’ll likely increase the effectiveness of the body wrap with any level of movement undertaken before or during the wrap. We’ve found that gentle exercise, such as jumping jacks, riding a stationary bike, or jumping on a mini-trampoline for just 10-minutes before the wrap (to get blood circulating and the lymph system moving) and wearing a sauna suit …. helps speed the detox and will maximize the benefits of the your body wrap.

Does this involve dieting?
No dieting is required for immediate body wrap inch-loss. BUT … that doesn’t mean one can throw caution to the wind regarding their diet. To maintain one’s inch loss, one must correct their diet which got their body toxic to begin with.
Herbal Body Wrap is a wonderful “partner” with any diet program. Losing weight causes the breakdown of fat, releasing more toxins in the soft tissues, frequently resulting in loose, “flabby” looking flesh. How many inches will I lose?
It depends upon your body type (the proportion of soft fatty tissue to muscle mass) and the amount of loose skin you have.
Most clients average inch loss of 4 to 10 inches after the first wrap, and the same again for the second wrap, and about half as much the following wraps. Many clients have body wraps for skin tightening and cellulite reduction while others seek the therapeutic benefits of detoxification.
In some extreme cases, we’ve found that if the body is extremely toxic, and a colon cleanse has not been done, it’s possible (usually unlikely) one won’t see inch loss until the second wrap.
In most cases we’ve found where the body wrap “didn’t work” is due to the person not doing the body wrap correctly. (Such as they drank the night before … a big no-no!, or they allowed themselves to get cold during the wrap and their pores closed … not allowing the soluton to get through their pores.)
We emphasize “doing it right” and you will get full training in our Membership area and also free consultations and coaching if you like. Don’t worry, it’s easy! However, there are a few key things to know since you’re doing this body wrap yourself or with another partner. The benefit of doing it yourself, of course, is you’re saving a lot of money from having to go to a spa and have a body wrap technician do it … and even then, they may not be using the best ingredients for your body!

How do I prepare for the Body Wrap?
1) Start with clean skin: be sure not to shave or apply any lotions, oils or creams 6 hours before wrapping.
2) Use an over-sized sweat suit or sauna suit to be worn over damp wraps. Your skin needs to stay warm so your pores stay open.
In order to maximize the coverage of your wrap, we suggest you wrap yourself nude from your own home or wear thin, cotton undergarments or a skimpy swim suit to be wrapped in.

How long does a Body Wrap take?
A Body Wrap session takes 1 hour if you gently exercise, 1 1\2 hours if you do not and as long as you don’t feel you’re detoxing too fast. Allow an extra 20 minutes in your session for measuring set points using our supplied body charts.

How often can I do Body Wraps?
The body wrap is a safe and effective process and you may do it as often as you wish, however you continue losing inches for 72 hours after the wrap. We suggest for maximum inch loss results that a series of wraps, at least 4-days to a week apart be applied until you reach your maximum results. 4-6 applications may need to be done until you’ve reached your maximum results. After that, many do 1 body wrap a month to maintain their results, and because it makes the skin so soft and supple.

Is this just a temporary water loss?
No.
The Body Wrap is a firming and toning process which produces results by detoxifying and contouring flesh. There is very little water loss. You will lose more inches than pounds. Be sure to drink plenty of water (1/2 your weight in ounces) and rest.

What should I do after the Body Wrap?
It takes about 10 days for the skin to fully adapt to the tissue reduction. You can assist this process to produce maximum results by:
1) Avoid toxic food and drink, such as salt, sugar, fried foods, caffeine, carbonated drink and alcohol for several days after your wrap.
2) Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day to continue the detoxifying process through the bodies natural elimination system. Flushing your system this way will even help you to lose weight.
3) Do not apply lotions, oils, or creams to the wrapped areas or take a bath, swim, for at least 6 hours after your wrap. Then bathe in lukewarm water when needed.
4) After 3 days, Take a hot bath (or shower) to open your pores and flush the toxins out.

What is meant by “total inch loss?”
Before your do the Body Wrap, you take measurements of various parts of your body and record them on your own personal Body Record Chart with notes as to where you want to lose inches and/or change shape.
After the wrap, you re-measure and the loss is recorded. These losses are added to determine “total inch loss”.

How many wraps will I need?
That depends on several things: how many inches you wish to lose, the number of inches lost per wrap, how much loose skin you have, how active you are in your wrap, your commitment to a weight loss program, etc.
To maximize your inch loss you ideally need to wrap once or twice a week until your skin is tight, you have no cellulite and you look great in and OUT of clothes.
It’s safe to wrap two, three, or four times a day if time is a factor for upcoming events (i.e. weddings, reunions, photo shoots, etc.). However, if you do this, it’s possible you may become a bit nauseous from, perhaps, too rapid detoxification (not from the ingredients themselves). Of course, it’s best to plan ahead instead of waiting until the last minute.

How much weight will I lose?

If I don’t have months before a special event, can I get wrapped several times in one week?
YES you can.
Many people only have a few weeks or even a few DAYS to get ready for a special event. You can wrap as often as you would like, and you will still receive the benefits of inch-loss as well as the tightening of skin.
If need be, you can wrap several times in a single day. This is a completely safe herbal/seaweed/mineral solution because it is all natural.
So don’t feel that just because your reunion is only a month away you can’t make a significant change in your appearance because you can.

How long will the results last?
The inch loss you get from our process are PERMANENT.
The Herbal Body Wrap is NOT a dehydration wrap like so many others.
Because of this, the inches are not going to come back the first time you drink a glass of water. The inch-loss is completely permanent as long as you don’t gain weight. If you gain weight, obviously you gain new inches which replace the inches you have already lost.
